Terms of Service

Welcome to epPetite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the epPetite mobile application (the "App") operated by EnrichPoint ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including reviews, photos, wishlist entries, and messages. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App and provide its features (e.g., showing your review to your group members).

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personally identifiable information about others without their consent
• Is spam, advertising, or solicitation unrelated to the App's purpose
• Contains malicious code or attempts to interfere with the App's operation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

Shared Content

When you share reviews or other content with a group, all members of that group can view it. You are responsible for choosing which groups to share with. Once shared, other group members may have seen or referenced your content even if you later delete it.

5. Groups and Conversations

Groups are created and managed by users. The group creator can invite members via invite codes. Group members can:

• View reviews shared with the group
• Participate in group conversations
• Share their own reviews and suggestions

Group creators can delete groups they created. Any member can leave a group at any time.

6. Photos

By uploading photos to the App, you confirm that you have the right to share those photos and that they do not violate any third party's rights. We store photos using cloud storage services and display them within the App to you and members of groups you share with.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Ad-Free Subscription

The App offers an optional ad-free subscription purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions are managed by the respective app store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may change. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

8. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect certain device and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by EnrichPoint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• Restaurant information, addresses, or map data will be accurate
• User-generated reviews or content will be accurate or reliable

Reviews and ratings reflect individual user opinions and do not represent endorsements by EnrichPoint.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, dining experiences based on user reviews, or any interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
